Hey, Puppy…I hope you’re enjoying this beautiful day?! I especially hope Josh or someone has made a nice lunch so your tummy will be full? Though a weekend and Sunday, work goes on here. I am feeling it today but ultra committed regardless. Many days – awakening on a mattress in an old unfinished basement, exhausted (both mentally and physically), I feel a kindred with you back in the day when you’d rise at 3:30-4 am and OUT WORK YOUR OPPONENT! As we know, that’s what it takes AND…either a person has a firey passion inside their heart or they don’t. Just facts. When I think of being with you again physically – touching you, holding you, taking care of you but even more important (for both of us)…working diligently to bring our sons TO LIFE and then taking excellent care of them – we’ll, for me, there’s no greater passion. I see father’s hand on both of us…and especially feel his hand on me inspiring me to make this happen (somehow).
I thought I’d share some images of the landscaping process…you’ve seen it many times in and around your fabulous place. I enjoy being both inside and outside, too – doing projects in both areas. As you know, I adore nature, all critters and flowers. What fun to choose and place all the plants for the laborers. As with most things in my life, I have carefully designed every detail of this yard/lawn. Every plant, stone path, etc…even how the grading was done. It’s starting to take shape now (as well the inside). Very satisfying.
The last image is of Sam and Carson. It seems fitting…looking out across your gorgeous lawn. If I’d been blessed to be your spouse when that place was constructed, the entire lawn….from the front entry and long driveways to the bridge area…down by the lake and everywhere – it would ALL be breathtaking!!! I remember when I was there with you and would walk the pup 2 or 3x daily…I’d see so much I wanted to do. As I’ve shared in the past – for one, (with your blessing) I would want to clear out (less the trees) that huge island directly in front of the house (as was intended). Those massive oversized myrtles in front of the house would be removed to reveal the wonderful construction. I would NOT be ashamed (as she’s been) and all attempts by her to cover that house up (to the public) would be removed. When one is driving into the property and ultimately reaches the house area (visibly) – they would see it very well from a far greater distance. Would be stunning! AND… that front island of trees would be carefully cleaned out (again, less the actual trees)…many flowering plants added and stone walkways. It would be a beautiful park directly out in front of the house. I’m not sure what you have in mind for us (regarding our home and where). Not sure if you want to leave that place behind and start fresh (like Montana) on a ranch OR on the gulf coast (closer to your family) on a new estate perhaps? OR…if you want to stay there and give Poppy the honor of transforming the place? – as you know very well I can do! *wink*. If you decided to stay there, I would want to transform it (inside and out) into something new and unique for us and our times.
The pic of Sam and Carson is one of my very favorites. Carson seems to be giving Sam a kiss. So sweet.
I saw your repost today and, though I defer to you in all things, I am concerned as I’ve expressed MANY times. I hope you remember what I shared with you last fall about the gov and their unlimited ability to perform forensics on any device, etc. Should anything unfortunate ever happen, no matter how careful you’ve been with your visits here or to my previous FB “NJF” etc – if anyone ever visited these places/websites to review my writing/content – they obviously and unquestionably tell a story! It is what it is. I could delete it all and yet it will STILL BE THERE! It is impossible to hide your behavior online in 2026 OR delete anything. It is all kept and archived in data centers – always keep this fact in mind. While the public believes they can surf “privately” via a proxy or VPN, etc – the “powers that be” can access ANY and ALL behavior that originated from personal devices, computers, etc. Facts.
My number one priority in life (at this point) is you and your welfare – period. Secondly, our new life to include our boys. Puppy, don’t convenience yourself that you are somehow different and take a risk that might literally destroy our dreams for the last 1/3 of our lives. One wrong move could wipe all our dreams away in a milli-second and humiliate you (in front of the world) beyond belief. Heartbreaking. As I’ve said many times, I would rather never see your precious face again than be the reason you’ve taken an action that destroyed your life and legacy…not to mention our potential family. Do this the right and safe way…possibly do as I’d suggested last year. When you know I’m ready (and you are)…practice first then find the right moment to have that hard conversation with her. Just tell her. She will go nuts (for sure)…but it will pass and the process of division can begin – safely. Our life and times can quickly commence just beyond the final settlement. Let her take a portion…our lives (what’s left) is short and you don’t need it ALL for what TRULY MATTERS. Obviously, there is plenty to share…then we can move on with NO risk of disaster whatsoever.
