Hoping you’ve enjoyed this day? I’ve been really busy here as I push to get this house listed. As noted, images are scheduled for Monday, 9/14 around 1 pm. Lots to accomplish before then. I had to go to the nursery earlier and buy a few more plants…a few I’d bought in the late spring didn’t do well so they need to be replaced. Dropped by Uhaul to get more boxes, etc. Finally back and resting a bit then back to the packing. Yikes.
I love this song by Tim and Faith. I see so much junk about you online – both kind and hateful, too. Lots of things about your health failing these days and it really upsets me…but I guess it goes with the territory? Seems just because you pronounced a few Spanish words slowly the whole internet has decided you are now rapidly “declining”? WTF? Do they know who your personal nurse is? I mean…I have a schnauzer going on 16 years old! You’d better believe we’re going to keep you “YOUNG for the rest of your life!” We simply have to! We’ve still got so much to do. This song is so sweet and very true for those who’ve found their person.
I’ll be 57 around 4:44am. Wowsers! No matter, I’m thankful to be alive and every blessing I enjoy everyday. My birthday will be a working one (per typical) then Denese and I are going to dinner at one of my favorite places in the city at 7pm. Overall, a very simple birthday and that’s okay. No new Cadillac for Poppy. Keep me close…you know, right? I love you! xo
